Polysolar produces a range of bespoke EV Charging Hub and service station canopies incorporating its IP registered unitised PV glass and framed panel roofing system. We can offer a range of cost-effective modular, standard and bespoke carport solutions made from structural materials, from galvanised steel to glulam wood. Polysolar can provide full project management, contracting and installation services or supply only arrangements, dependent on client requirements. Full range of EV charging systems available from leading brands, from Ultra Rapid 150 kW chargers to fast 22 kW chargers, with payment and service contract options. Polysolar also offers integrated battery storage alongside its solar PV systems and aims to use local sub-contractors for project installations. All structures CE marked and MCS certified and designed to conform to local area wind, snow and impact loadings compliant with building codes. All our solar panels have a minimum 25-year performance warranty and 10-year manufacture guarantee. |
Cantilever design - T-Frame Design Polysolar’s cantilever design has the advantage of minimum ground footprint. Vertical posts are positioned between standard car-park bays with a typical 3-4 bay span. The double wing cantilever mirrors the single-wing cantilever and features up to 6 bays spanned with only two posts. The full cantilever design is best suited to parking where the client will not accept any loss of bay space and where the road space makes access difficult; minimising the danger of scrapes and dents. Integrated Cantilever Design - C-Frame The wide-span design has the advantage of minimum ground footprint and clean lines and enclosures. With spans of 8.3m and up to 15m this parking system can accommodate 6-12 parking bays between each leg. Manufactured in zinc-magnesium and stainless steel the elegant structure incorporates hidden inverter housing and EV charge points. All our innovative solar carports can be supplied as a complete kit including integrated guttering, water management, lighting, CCTV, and EV charging points and can deploy all Polysolar PV module and glazing solutions. |

Tubular Design - O-Frame Polysolar’s tubular design has the advantage of minimum ground footprint. Vertical posts are positioned between standard carpark bays with a typical 3-4 bay span. The circular steel columns are bent creating a more contemporary look. The tubular cantilever design is best suited to parking where the client will not accept any loss of bay space and where the road space makes access difficult; minimising the danger of scrapes and dents. VW Design - VW Frame Polysolar’s VW design features a lightweight and cost-effective frame installation, with limited footprint between parking bays – avoiding blocking of car doors. Vertical posts are positioned between standard carpark bays with a typical 3 bay span.
